1 · General terms and conditions

These general terms are issued by Si Ok, s.p., Štuhčeva ulica 7, 2310 Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenia (hereinafter “OSLEA” or “the seller”), for the online sale of OSLEA products.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Slovenian version, published at oslea.si/pogoji-poslovanja, is the governing one; should the two differ, the Slovenian text applies.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract of sale is concluded when the buyer completes the order process and receives an electronic order confirmation. By confirming the order, the buyer confirms that they are aware of these terms and agree to them.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is completed. Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.

Use of the product and liability

OSLEA products are cosmetic products for skincare and are not intended to treat skin conditions. The cream contains a natural fragrance with declared allergens (linalool, limonene, geraniol, citronellol, citral). If you have known allergies to any of the ingredients, we recommend testing it first on a small area of skin. The full list of ingredients (INCI) is published on the product page and on the packaging.

Resolving disputes

Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We endeavour to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction. A consumer may also refer a dispute to the EU online dispute resolution platform.

2 · Returns and the right of withdrawal

Under consumer protection law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

• To withdraw, send us an unambiguous statement at info@oslea.si within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Return the product undamaged, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of withdrawing at the latest.
• We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product, by the same means the payment was made.
• The buyer bears the cost of return, unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

An important exception for cosmetics

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed cosmetic products that were unsealed or opened after delivery, where returning them is not suitable for reasons of health or hygiene (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e)). If you would like to try the cream first, you can test it at one of our partner salons.

Defective goods

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible and attach a photograph. We will put it right by replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, at no cost to you.

3 · Delivery

We prepare and dispatch orders within Slovenia. The expected dispatch time, the available carriers and the delivery price are shown before the order is completed and in the confirmation e-mail, because they depend on the address and the delivery option chosen.

• When your order is dispatched you receive an e-mail with the shipment details and a tracking number, where the chosen carrier offers one.
• We ship products in protective packaging that keeps the bottle safe from damage.
• The first batch is made in a limited quantity; if a product is temporarily out of stock, we let you know before the order is processed.

4 · Protection of personal data

Which data, and why

• Orders: first and last name, e-mail, delivery address and telephone number: to carry out the purchase and the delivery. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Newsletter: e-mail address plus first and last name, to send messages and to address you; date of birth, town and gender are optional and we use them only to make the content more relevant (for example advice for your skin type). Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Enquiries: the details you send us in a message: to answer your enquiry.

Who we pass data to

We share data only with the providers necessary to fulfil an order: the online store platform (Shopify), the payment provider and the carrier. We do not sell data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of processing, object to processing or request that your data be transferred. Send your request to info@oslea.si. If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

The oslea.si website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use the essential ones to make the site work, and no consent is needed for those. For all the others we ask you on your first visit, and we do not load them until you agree.

• Essential: they store your decision about cookies so that we do not ask you again on every visit. Without them the site cannot work properly.
• Marketing and analytics: loaded only with your consent. We use Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc., USA), which records visits to the site, product views and additions to the cart, so that we can send you content that makes more sense for you. Legal basis: consent.
• Advertising: likewise only with your consent. We use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which records visits to the site, product views, additions to the cart and newsletter signups, so that we can show you ads on Facebook and Instagram when they are relevant to you, and so that we can see which ads work. Legal basis: consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. A withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

The purchase itself is completed on a separate page provided by Shopify, which uses its own cookies, necessary for the shopping cart and payment to work. Those are governed by Shopify's privacy policy.

Klaviyo, Shopify and Meta are providers with which data may travel to the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
